Our product, Flasher, is an easy-to-use, IoT-enabled safety wearable for riders of micro-mobility vehicles (i.e., bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, Segways, etc.) designed to tackle a wide range of safety issues that these traffic participants face. Its goal is to decrease the number of accidents these riders are involved in and to improve each user’s safety on the street.

Flasher prevents accidents in two ways. First of all, it improves the visibility of its users to the surrounding traffic. Second, it enhances the wearers’ perception of the traffic around them thereby enabling them to react to dangers they cannot see or hear with their own eyes and ears.
