This significant milestone marks the beginning of Luminous Labs' highly anticipated seed funding round, which will accelerate their mission to deliver the world’s first fully digital supplement targeting mitochondrial health through their revolutionary CellLightTM technology based on photobiomodulation (PBM).

In collaboration with Biogena, Luminous Labs is set to scale their CellLightTM technology diversely and globally. Additional to the investment, a strategic development partnership has been established, set to launch early 2025 as the market leader in longevity and biohacking in-clinic services. Biogena is looking forward to support Luminous Labs in expanding into new sales channels, quicker go-to-market of their AI based light application and business-model transformation into a subscription-based model, securing their spot in the global longevity market. The addressed market is set to grow to a EUR 60 billion valuation with an estimated annual growth rate of 8.5%.

The company has also initiated a collaboration with a leading Austrian fertility clinic, where their technology is already showing significant potential in optimizing IVF treatments and supporting women through menopause.

Adding further momentum, the company has entered into a development partnership with a renowned German premium car manufacturer.
