Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments including product development, marketing, and sales.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with company goals and enhance growth.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring the company remains on track to meet financial goals while maintaining cost-effective operations.

• Team Building & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the team, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business objectives. Foster a positive, innovative, and performance-driven company culture.

• Investor Relations: Engage with current and potential investors, providing regular updates on company performance, and helping secure additional funding when necessary.

Preferred Experience
